One (1) Postdoctoral Researcher Position – E. Gizeli Lab [Ref. # ORZ-0637]

Job Description: Prof. Gizeli at Biosensors Lab is looking for a post-doctoral researcher with expertise in molecular biology to work on the development of novel molecular assays for the detection of emerging pathogens  including Corona, Arboviruses and Influenza at the point-of-care . This ambitious work involves bioinformatics analysis of genomic databases, assay development in crude samples and use of novel detection methodologies (e.g., CRISPR/Cas, nanoparticles) for application outside a lab. Collaboration with clinical partners will be part of a validation study.
